Returns & Exchanges

We(Rinna) love our products and want you to love them too! Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a domestic return within 7 days of purchase. The item will need to be returned in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with the tags attached and/or the product packaging undamaged.

Online Exchanges

For online exchanges, please request an exchange from your customer account or by emailing us at Hello@rinna.ca , and kindly repurchase your item.

Please ship the exchange item in its original condition with undamaged packing and the tags attached to the address below. Once received, we will issue a full refund to the credit card used at purchase.

Electronic gift cards will be sent as a store credit for items that were purchased as gifts.

Online Returns

For items you purchased online: We will issue a full refund to the credit card used at purchase.

For items you receive as a gift: We will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.

For items that have arrived defective or damaged: Please contact our support team and send a photo to Hello@rinna.ca so we can remedy the problem.

Local Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to provide an exchange or issue a full refund for locally purchased items in Norfolk County, Ontario. The item(s) must be in their original condition, in undamaged packaging with the tags attached. Items returned with a gift receipt will be given store credit for the value of the returned items.

International Returns & Exchanges

For international returns or exchanges, please contact Hello@rinna.ca At this time, we are not able to pay for return shipping.
